Council Member Bill Garner has informed me that the Golder Ranch Fire District is offering a reimbursement for any currently annexed parcel in Oro Valley.
There are a couple of caveats to this program.
1) A reimbursement application must be submitted to GRFD prior to Oct 31, 2008.
2) Reimbursement is only applicable to those properties that have either a monitored fire alarm system with evacuation plan and/or a sprinkler system.
3) Vacant parcels must be free of combustible materials.
