Last week, we posted citizen/blogger concerns voiced to town council at last week's meeting on the most recent plan for Arroyo Grande (click here to read). This week, the Explorer posted an article on the hearing held last Thursday on the plan.
The same concerns were voiced at this meeting.
Point is: Council is on notice that there are empty holes in the new plan. Answers need to be found regarding water impact, traffic impact, infrastructure impact and the quality of life impact of 40,000 new residents living to our North.
All of these areas need to be specifically explored before the general plan/ annexation amendment goes to council in November.
