When It Comes To A 60' Hotel----No! No! And More No!

Respondents overwhelmingly rejected the idea of issuing a CUP to allow a planned motel near Northwest Hospital in the Innovation Park area of Oro Valley to exceed the current 36' height limit. In fact, there was only one supporter.

I am in support of the hotel, but only 34 feet in height.
This is at least the third time this has come up with some kind of change that is requested to make this hotel work. Enough. Stick to the code.
If the current property owner can't make this economically viable at 34 feet, sell the property. Belive me someone else will make this work as it is a great location.
