Steve Solomon is a developer with good intentions. He is an Oro Valley neighbor, who saw fit to deed 13 acres of his Vistoso Town Center development to Pima County to preserve Honey Bee Village, a Hohokam settlement along the Honey Bee Wash that dates to about 500 A.D.
Now, due to the economic downturn, Mr. Solomon may be forced to auction off the residential portion of the 87 acre development.
We wish Mr. Solomon the best, and hope things work out for him and the development.

Solomon is one of the few good builders. He has shown himself to be one who is willing to work with the community.
A few more like him would help make the development process a lot less painful.
I think he lives in Oro Valley and he wants to see the natural beauty preserved.
