This Tuesday, March 13 at 7PM is the latest time you can submit a ballot for this year's Oro Valley Town Council Election.
There is a ballot box located in the lobby of the Town Hall
Administration Building for residents to drop off their ballots, Monday –
Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 p.m. The lobby will remain open until 7:00 p.m. on
Election Day for ballot drop off.
Counting of the ballots will begin Monday, March 12th at 9:00 a.m.
The counting process is open to the public and is taking place at the Elections Center at 6550 S. Country Club Road. There is also a 24/7 live video feed of the ballot counting center on the Pima County Elections Department website. Click here and then click on “View the live video feed at the bottom of the page to view the counting.
Candidates who receive "50% of ballots filed plus 1" will be elected to Council in this primary. The candidates with the largest vote totals after this will move into the final election, which is May. The number that will move to the final election will be depend on the number of seats still open after the primary.
If you know of anyone who has not voted, please take the time to meet with them to discuss each of the candidates and to provide your views. The better informed the voter, the better will be the result.

Anyone that needs to be informed about Solomon, "The Trashman," please read the subsequent posting & comments.
He deserves to come in last of the six candidates, despite the fact that he has spent more money than all the other candidate cumulatively.
Don't let Solomon "buy the election."
