Ann--- You are quite correct, that we did not address the recently approved "Money Bags Squad" that consists of volunteer town workers, making recommendations to increase revenue & decrease expenditures.

At this point, we have no problem with this group "brainstorming."

We must realize it is the Mayor & Town Council who will vote on the budget, and hopefully, they'll see fit to cut excess expenditures BEFORE they'll even consider imposing any more taxes on the residents of Oro Valley.

We'll see!

Thanks for bringing the issue up,and your comments.

We're not sure of the demographics of the "Money Bags" group, but hope, if nothing else, they're all citizens of Oro Valley.

It's one thing getting input from the employees. It's another, if they are, or are not,Oro Valley taxpayers
