Fifteen zoning variance requests
Making the Oro Valley Village Center a reality requires the Oro Valley Town Council to approve fifteen zoning variance requests. These zoning variance requests include increasing the allowable height of a the proposed apartments, reducing the setback requirements from the roads, and allowing recreation areas that are common to the properties to be used to satisfy existing individual property recreation requirements in the code.
