Continuance sought and granted
The Oro Valley Town Council approved a continuance of the discussion of the reimagining of the Oro Valley Marketplace into the Oro Valley Village Center. The continuance was asked by applicant Town West. The vote was 5-1, with Council Member Greene voting "No." Council Member Jones Ivey was not present....with the proviso that future submission conforms to building height and setback requirements
Prior to agreeing to a continuance, the council voted that the apartment building heights and set backs be made in conformance with the existing codes in any future submissions. Council Members Solomon and Greene voted agains that measure.
