The incumbents have employed Saguaro each of their previous campaigns. Collectively and subject to check, they've paid this firm well over $125,000!

Which makes us ponder: Why is control of Oro Valley so important to Hiremath, Hornat, Snider and Waters that they have to hire a consultant? Why is it so important to them to be on council? Don't they have lives to live? It's not a job to them. Its an obsession.
