Last week, The Oro Valley Town Council passed a resolution affirming operation of the town owned El Conquistador and Canada Golf Courses (aka 36-hole option). The resolution contained a number of provisions.
The following is the resolution as provided to us last evening by Joe Lunne, Oro Valley Public Information Officer. It is a draft, as the final minutes of the meeting have not been completed.
The resolution refers to Variation "B" of the financial projections. Variation "B" is the option that includes a subsidy paid by the homeowner associations that surround these courses. We will publish the 3 page projection tomorrow.
