TOOTHINOV.ORG Files Appeal.. Watch Interview

TOOTHINOV.ORG has filed an appeal of Judge Aragon's decision to deny their request to allow submitted petitions to be processed. The petitions have more than 3,100 signatures. This is far more than the number required to force a voter referendum on Oro Valley's purchase of the El Conquistador Country Club. It is an expedited election appeal to the Appellate court.

TOOTHINOV.ORG Holds Press Conference

Watch an interview with TOOTHINOV.ORG and their attorney Bill Risner here. "There is hesitancy of judges to go against statutes." Essentially, as reported yesterday, Superior Court Judge Aragon simply "kicked the can down the road."

The Appellate court has 3 judges. Attorney Risner expects a that the appeal process will happen quickly.
