Town Hall Meeting Concerning Amended PAD For Oro Valley Town Centre Development

Anyone that might be interested in a future development on the east side of Oracle road across from the Fry's Shopping Center should read this posting.
On Thu, April 14 @ 6:00PM, Kitchell Development Company will be presenting some concepts for an amendment to the Planned Area Development Plan previously approved. Among the changes requested is an increase in the building heights for office buildings to 60'. The developer and town staff will be available to answer any questions at this meeting to be held in the Town Council Chambers.
We encourage you to attend this meeting to learn more about this proposed development, and ask any questions.

I don't think that any developer will have any difficulty have any zoning adjustments approved by this Council.

Why limit the height to 60'. Why not 600'.

The "sky's the limit" with this Council.
