Just watched some of the March 23rd special session. Did I understand this correctly?
Solomon would prefer a 1/4% sales tax AND a 1% utility tax rather than just a 2% utility tax alone because, "just a utility tax will fall hard on large businesses and golf courses."
I guess increasing the sales tax AND the utility tax won't fall hard on everyone else, you know, like people on social security who haven't seen a raise in 3 years.

Cowgirl--- It's quite obvious that "the appointed one," Steve Solomon has his allegiances.
Too bad, it's not to the people of Oro Valley---but that is no surprise.
Let's not forget, it was the four new members--the "super majority," that choose this developer over innumerable more qualified applicants.
He now makes the decisions, and they constantly have a negative impact on the citizens.
