Once Again, Oro Valley Council Postpones A Vote On Enviromentally Sensitive Land Ordance

For the last 15 years Oro Valley Town Councils have put off taking a position on the "environmentally sensitive land" issue.

So, it was no surprise that the majority vote was, once again, to put it off. This time, only until Feb. 16 ---- maybe.

It seems the builders and developers do not want to preserve ESL. Instead, they'd rather build with a higher density of homes... Not only is it important to preserve ESL in Oro Valley, it is important to consider our limited supply of water.
