Oro Valley P & Z Commission Approves Environmentally Sensitive Land Ordinance

As reported in the Az Star, the OV Planning & Zoning Commission has approved an Environmentally Sensitive Lands(ESL) ordinance.

The town council will consider this issue final approval some time in 2011.
