Selection Of The Seventh Council Member Should Be A Unimous Council Decision

We have said that we will support our new Mayor and Council. That is our "going in" position.

What better way for our Mayor and Council to bring Oro Valley together than to unanimously select the individual who will complete Salette Latas' term.

We would urge Council to make this unanimous nature of the decision known at an open Council session.

Less than unanimous agreement will send us a very different message, especially if the four new Council members, who ran for office as a block, were to bond together against members Gillaspie and Garner.

A unanimous agreement will send a strong message to all of us that our new Council is bent on mending our wounds and moving on together.

And that would be more than nice. That would be Heavenly!
