Oro Valley Will Continue To Consider Increased Development Impact Fees

We previously reported that Gov. Napolitano vetoed the Tim Bee sponsored Senate Bill that would have required governments to estimate infrastructure costs of a proposed development and figure the amount of tax revenue the property will generate.

The Council will discuss the existing and proposed impact fees on Wednesday, July 16 at their 7:00 meeting.
