The Explorer reports that the Oro Valley Town Council may consider raising fees for both commercial and residential development plan reviews. Compared to the towns of Marana and Sahuarita, Oro Valley fees are dramatically less. While,as we noted in a prior posting, what Oro Valley pays its employees is dramatically more.
