Danielle Sottosanti (Arizona Daily Star) wrote about the 60' hotel in the October 25th Northwest Section. We previously posted the fact that only KC Carter & Paula Abbott voted against allowing this hotel. The other Council Members turned their backs on the town code which didn't even allow for a hotel at that location, and if permitted, could not exceed a height of 36'.
They (Loomis, Dankwerth, Parish, Gillaspie and Kunisch) evidently made up their minds before any of us spoke and voted to approve.
