Most of last's week's responses to the question of the week: "Should Oro Valley Town Council approve, on November 7, a $2.90 monthly tax on your water bill?" were "short and sweet". They consisted of one word only. That word was "No". We guess that people are feeling a bit "tapped out" at this point.
