As reported in the Sept 20 Az Star, Oro Valley residents will probably see a new fee added as of Jan 1, 2008. This one, at a cost of either $1.90 or $2.90 per month is a "A Stormwater Fee" which will help pay for road repairs as a result of storm damage, mainly caused by summer monsoons.
