"Wal-Mart Watch" --- Important Reading

We would encourage all our readers click here to visit Walmart watch.

Wal-Mart Watch aggressively tells a new, more truthful Wal-Mart story. They bridge the gap between ordinary citizens and community organizations concerned about Wal-Mart's unchecked growth and negative impact on our society. They challenge Wal-Mart to embrace its moral responsibility as the nation's biggest and most important corporation.

That is exactly what our friends at OV1st are attempting to do. As most of us know,
The Market Place Mall at Tangerine and Oracle has broken ground for it's anchor store, a Wal-Mart Super Center. This store plans on being open 24/7. Among many other issues, some citizens are concerned for our night skies and our security.

A free movie will be shown JUNE 30th at 3:00PM in the OV Library on the problems many see with Wal-Mart. Click here to learn more.
