Historical society seeking board member

The Oro Valley Historical Society is seeking a new member to serve on its Board following the announcement that Sue Chambasian is stepping down. President Bob Kellar is inviting volunteers who want to help shape the Society’s future to consider taking part in the decision-making process. The Board meets once a month at the Oro Valley Public Library, typically for two to two and a half hours, with several additional hours of preparation. The Society hopes to identify a candidate by its annual Board meeting on March 26, 2026. Those interested are encouraged to contact the president directly to learn more.
