There are several reasons that I am against the Naranja Park bond.The current council does not seem to have a clear direction. There are several large projects already in partial development including The Community Center and Golf Courses, Lambert Lane Park, and the historic Steam Pump Ranch.
Starting another project such as Naranja Park ball fields (or even the new Main Streets Project) is irresponsible with so many other places in town in need of attention.
The Town already has the money for ball fields. Stop the Oro Valley Town Council from acting out the Spoiled Child Syndrome. There is much in Oro Valley that could be enhanced and upgraded without adding another tax. Vote NO on Prop 454.
