There is a family with severe needs that require your generosity.
Oro Valley's Pusch Ridge Preschool sent out an email to parents asking for donations of clothes, shoes, bedding, and toys, both new and used. A grandmother has received urgent custody of three grandchildren, a 4 year old boy, and a 3 and 1 year old girl, after being removed from their mother's care for "extreme neglect." This consisted of unspeakable atrocities such as being sequestered for most of the day, they are malnourished, have not had dental or medical care, are speech delayed, and have social and emotional problems.
Please drop off any items you think could assist these children and their grandmother to Pusch Ridge Preschool at 10361 N. Oracle Rd. Oro Valley 85737. If you have any questions please contact either Stacey, school director, or Lindsey at 520-797-7527.
