Beating The Zoning Code
New blogger Mike Arnold discusses his lawsuit against the Town of Oro Valley regarding what he describes as a "Slimy Way To Beat The Zoning Code." It is interesting to see how the Town does not hesitate to use our tax money to fight our citizens in court. Click here to read Mike's comment.

The Town of Oro Valley retained C. Brad Woodford, Esq. of Moyes Storey in Phoenix to defend against our court action for a mandamus action-- to be heard in our Vistoso Vistas, Vista Mirabella, High Mesa,and Sun City residents' request.
I guess Gerrahan was busy. :)
