Oro Valley Sergeant Amy Grant posted a video on nextdoor.com on the legal way to take a left hand turn in Oro Valley. No. It is not legal to go proceed across Oracle Road to take a left hand turn and to stop in the median while you are doing so. This is a practice we seen about a thousand time. The video is worth watching. It could save your life.
