Congratulations to Oro Valley's Mark Napier on his Republican Primary victory for Pima County Sherriff. Mark will face long-time incumbent Democrat Clarence Dupnik in the general election. Clarence ran unopposed. Mark is the only republican candidate who could give Clarence a meaningful challenge. This one should be interesting.
Congratulations to Ally Miller who defeated the republican "establishment" candidate MIke Hellon and two others. Hellon ran particularly "dirty" campaign, sending out a last minute, desperate three-color "glossy" specifically attacking Ally. Ally will face Oro Valley democrat Nancy Young Wright who ran unopposed.
