As a La Reserve resident who will be impacted by the new plan for the Town Centre, we never received any notice of two neighborhood meetings discussing the new plans Therefore,we must conclude there are other neighbors that were not informed.
Below you will find the pertinent information, including what was already approved, for example a 75' hotel, plus the changes in the plan requested by the developer, including residential, commercial & offices.
What is NOT noted, is the status of the $12.9 million sales tax rebate approved in 2004.
