For Most Of Us: Home Value, Down--Property Tax, Up!
As reported in the Az Star, the Pima County Tax rate will be higher for many of us even though our home prices have dropped substantially.
When they meet this morning,The Pima County Supervisors will probably adapt a new tax rate for the upcoming tax year.
The old axiom: "Give Me A Break," seems to be an appropriate way of describing this situation.
