CAUTION! The Bond Funding You Vote For, May Not Be The Bond Funding You Get!

The Aug 3 Az Star has an article that notes the 2004 Bond Issue that Pima County voters approved had money appropriated for one thing going to something else.

We thought our readers would want to be alert to this potential on any future bonds we vote for.

Read the Az Star article here. (Be sure to read the column, "Broken Promises")

Vestar Continues To Show Complete & Utter Disdain For Oro Valley Citizens

The Explorer reports what we already knew. David Malin and Vestar were never worthy of being in Oro Valley, and their actions show complete and utter disdain for our citizens and our policies.

Their actions are so despicable that the best thing we could do is shut them down and send them back to Phoenix.

Vestar is NOT concerned with Oro Valley. Vestar is only concerned with the money that will come from Oro Valley.

Are we surprised by Vestar's actions? Yeah! The same way we'd be surprised if Oro Valley was hit with a tidal wave!

They were bad before. They're bad now!

Read about their egregious behavior in this Explorer article.

Oro Valley Marketplace: Another Retailer "Bites The Dust"

Certainly it is not a surprise that Linen 'n Things is the latest retailer to pull out of Vestar's Marketplace.

Before we know it, the place will be one giant vacant lot surrounded by Wal-Mart, a movie, a couple of restaurants, two shoe stores, and some cheap women's clothing.

Read why Linen 'n Things is "out of here."
