PLEASE----Register To Vote---Time Is Running Out

We certainly don't mean to harp on the importance of every vote being meaningful, but that is the truth when it comes to Oro Valley Town Council elections.

If you are a citizen of Oro Valley you can register in only a couple of minutes.

This years election is March 11. Ballots will be mailed out starting this week.

If not yet registered, please do so. To vote, you must be registered by 5:00 PM next Mon. Feb. 11.

To register go to either:

http://www.recorder.pima.gov/regvote.aspx

Also, ballots are available at Town Hall and The OV Library.

Don't let others decide who will serve us. The differences between Bill Garner & Salette Latas and the incumbents are major.

Just Vote Flag

Your Responses Say: Politics As Usual

In our January 20, 2008 Question Of The Week, we asked: "Do you think that Town Council members Parish, Dankwerth, Gillaspie, Kunisch and Loomis played politics when they did not elect KC Carter as Vice Chairman of the Council? Why?"

Most bloggers said yes: Electing Kunisch and not KC Carter as Vice Chairman of the council was a joke.

Petty politics in Oro Valley.
