Emil Franzi writes about issues of concern in his "Inside Track" column that appears in The Explorer. In the January 30 issue, Mr. Franzi addresses Oro Valley's propensity to get involved with legal issues, usually being on the wrong side. Franzi writes about our recent encounter with Oro Valley and as he reports there were other instances, even more egregious and certainly more costly to the taxpayers.
