Golder Ranch Fire District ("GRFD") is planning more annexations. And, for those of you living in the district, a doubling of your fire costs. OUCH.

Focus now is on LaReserve.

There's a public hearing on the next phase of Golder Ranch Fire District's annexation in Oro Valley.

When: 7 p.m. Sept. 9.
Where: 3885 E. Golder Ranch Drive, Catalina.

Notice that the meeting is no being held in Oro Valley but at GRFD's headquaters. Interesting.
