Our Oro Valley neighbor, and retired geologist Ihor Kunasz has written a letter to The Explorer as well as the Oro Valley Town Engineer on how best to expend the $735,000 coming in as a result of the new Storm Water fee. It will be interesting to see if the town concurs with an unpaid citizen expert who offers good advice.
