Crematorium Landscape Plan Back After Development Review Board Said "No"
The Development Review Board will once again consider the request for the landscape plan for the Vistoso Memorial Chapel at their Dec 11th meeting at 6:00 PM. It is the same request as the one we discussed in a posting this summer to replace walls with berms, as permitted in the OVZCR. However, this review also includes a letter of approval from the Rancho Vistoso HOA,
Keep in mind, this request was already turned down as noted by Oro Valley Planner Pamela Pelletier. Oh yeah. One more thing. Is it just another one one those coincidences that the Rancho Vistoso HOA that now approves this plan is controlled by none other than Vistoso Partners? OUCH!
Here's the text of the notice; "Beverly Harpold Trust, represented by Advantech Facility Design Inc., requests approval of a revision to the approved landscape plans for the Vistoso Memorial Chapel, located at the corner of Rancho Vistoso Blvd. and Vistoso Commerce Loop. If you have any questions about this matter, please contact Pamela J. Pelletier, OV Planner, at (520) 229-4813 or ppelletier@orovalleyaz.gov"
