The Oro Valley Marketplace Dust Storm

Neighbor John Marinaro looks at the Oro Valley Marketplace site at 6:30 AM and sees a dust storm. He writes: "I'm dying over here. Where's the water to keep down the dust at our lovely new and beautiful shopping center? The water guy doesn't show up until everybody's awake?

If you need to get a hold of me, I'll be at the carwash flushing the sand out of my eye's..."

Has this been reported to the town?
I will just assume that developers get away with this because they know that nobody from the town is going to check on them before 8AM.
neighboring properties near the Splendido complex had to endure a lot from that construction also. Supposedly Splendido had "permission" from the town to start earlier then the approved start time as long as they were quiet. One guess if it bothered neighbors?
Vestar will be getting its way with the town.
Who will stop them?
Anywho, thank you for the picture.
