Neighbor John Musolf Responds To Utility Tax Question

John Musolf is quite knowledgeable when it comes to Oro Valley finances. His response to our "Question Of The Week" concerning the Oro Valley 2% Utility Tax was more than a "quick reply."

John was actively against the utility tax. He was there when it was initially voted down; and when it was approved. His response clearly shows why he opposed it. And it provides a brief history on why it came about.

Most importantly, his response highlights a substantial lack of financial sophistication of the part of the four members of the Oro Valley Town Council (Dankwerth, Parish, Kunisch, and Loomis) who approved this measure; and their complete disregard for the financial welfare of the citizens of Oro Valley.

For those readers not familiar with the background, here's your chance to better understand how this Utility Tax became a reality.
