Our neighbors at "NIMBY" have advised that their attorney was in court on April 9, and obtained a Temporary Restraining Order to stop the permit on the crematorium until the Mandamus Hearing. That means that during the next two weeks, until the Hearing, the developer cannot start work on the Crematorium. He can start grading if he obtains a grading permit, for only the funeral chapel, if he chooses.
