CREMATORIUM--MANDAMUS HEARING HELD

A Mandamus Hearing concerning the complaint filed by the group "NIMBY" was held before Judge John F.Kelly on April 23. At the hearing, the town of Oro Valley defended its refusal of residents' administrative appeals of the town's decision that a crematorium is a permitted use at the corner of Rancho Vistoso Boulevard and Vistoso Commerce Loop The judge indicated he would render his opinion by 5PM on April 30.
