Wal-Mart To Revamp Its Logo

One of our readers emailed the USA Today article on Wal-Mart. Below are his comments about this "wonderful" news. We hope the Development Review Board gets a say on whether this new logo meets Oro Valley standards----or will it be as ugly as their roof as it now sits at the OV Marketplace.

Hi,
I was reading Monday's edition of USA TODAY, and our good neighbor, Wal-Mart is getting a make over. This fall Wal-Mart will do away with the annoying plain white logo and replace it with a pleasant orange and white logo! Although they have not shown it to the media yet one can only wonder what it really looks like. Hope you're excited as I am! The fallowing is a link to the USA TODAY article.

    How about they add "Always something
    a little wrong with everything we sell"
    Some here don't want to talk about this store anymore.
    But since you posted this I feel it is ok to comment.
    Really just don't spend your money there unless you really can't afford to shop elsewhere.

    Changing the logo will make a HUGE difference. I have to run now...I have to go and put lipstick on my pig.
